Mr. Wolfish is a shareholder in the law firm of Wolfish & Tabor, P.C. His practice is restricted to estate planning and probate law. He is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate law by the Texas State Bar Board of Legal Specialization and is a Certified Public Accountant. Since 2002 he has been voted amongst the Best Lawyers in Dallas by his peers in D Magazine and has been consistently selected by Texas Monthly as one of the Super Lawyers in Texas. In addition he is listed by American Lawyer Media as one of the "Best Lawyers In America," by U.S. News in their Best Lawyers rankings, and as a Five Star Wealth Manager by Texas Monthly. Mr. Wolfish received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Syracuse University in 1974 and his MBA and law degree from Southern Methodist University in 1978.

Mr. Wolfish is a member of The Communities Foundation of Texas Advisory Council, The Dallas Foundation Advisory Council, Southwestern Medical Foundation Estate Planning Council, and The Council of Professional Partners of The Catholic Foundation. He also served for seven years on the City of Dallas Judicial Nominating Commission and is a past President of Congregation Shearith Israel.
